NASA coalition pioneer Musalia Mudavadi has dismissed claims that the coalition is dead.
On Tuesday, Bungoma Senator Moses Wetangula announced his exit further causing confusions within the oppostion outfit.
But at Malinya on Wednesday, Mudavadi laughed off Wetangula's decisions, adding that he must write formally to the Registrar of Political Parties.
“I started NASA and it remains strong, we are facing challenges just like any other party but we cannot drop it, it is our formation and we must make it even stronger," said Mudavadi.
“If someone wants to exit the party, he or she must write to the registrar of parties and as per now I have not seen any memo of that sought,” Mudavadi said.
Similar sentiments were made by Raila Odinga's ODM through Secretary General Edwin Sifuna, who asked Wetangula to be courageous enough and quit formally.
Since his ouster as Senate Minority Leader, Wetangula appears unsettled and has been linked with a secret working relationship with DP William Ruto.
