Singer Akothee is no doubt the top richest female musician in Kenya. She is among those who have hustled their way up from poor backgrounds.
During her first days in Nairobi, the wealthy businesswoman tasted what it feels like to live in Kibera, one of the slums around the jungle.
In most of her social media posts, the mother of five is always advising people on various aspects of life.
Recently she shared a video on Instagram advising her female companions to carry condoms and HIV test kits in their handbags to stay safe in 2019.
In a series of videos on her Instagram wall, the self-declared president of single ladies caused women against men who drive stating that some of them are drivers and not car owners.
She also advised women to stop being used by rich men for material gains.
“The only favor a celebrity can have is free sex food and 1 or 2 nights’ accommodation, but the ones who respect themselves pay bills just like you , so calm down biiiiitch TESTING KIT & CONDOM 2019 PLEASE,” she posted.
Her advice indeed touched most of her fans who vowed to use it.
