With NASA crying foul of rigged results, the coalition wrote three letters to IEBC demanding Forms 34A and 34B which had been used to declare results.

In a response, embattled IEBC chief executive Ezra Chiloba said that most of the Form 34A had not ben recieved in Nairobi.

Apparently, the law requires that the commission only tabulates results into 34B after receiving all 34As.

Charged by the constitutional violation, NASA lawyers started a marathon process to gather as many forms and do comparison between the two forms.

With IEBC deleting the forms from the portal having admitted that they had not arrived in Nairobi, downloaded copies by NASA activists helped file a concrete case.

During the historic ruling in September 1st, judges nullified President Uhuru Kenyatta's victory on grounds that "illegalities and irregularities" were committed by the commission.

Largely, only violation of electoral laws precipitated judges to nullify the outcome.

According to him, pressure from US and President Barack Obama made Raila to file the Supreme Court case which he would eventually win.
