An elected Member of Parliament has slammed DPP in the intensified corruption war.
South Mugirango MP Sylvanus Osoro, while speaking on Tuesday during an interview at NTV, said the ongoing graft war is a big joke.
"DPP is doing nothing to end graft because so far no one has been sent to jail. All we are seeing are unnecessary arrests being conducted without real people being jailed," he said.
He said if at all the DPP is serious about graft war, individuals arrested over graft should not be released on bond or bail until the case is heard and determined.
According to Osoro, the DPP is misusing the media because corrupt suspects are arrested and the media is called to cover the news without much impact.
"DPP should stop using the media to show Kenyans that the graft war is serious. People can be arrested secretly and be taken for prosecution in court without necessary involving the media," he added.
The vocal MP challenged the DPP to change the tactic systems in fighting corruption in this country.
