Kisii Governor James Ongwae on Wednesday stormed Bomachoge Borabu, a region perceived to be his Deputy Governor Joash Maangi's backyard and commissioned several development projects.
The county boss was accompanied by several MCAs led by Assembly Majority leader Timothy Ogugu and Bomorenda ward MCA John Ombati.
Ongwae sub-county administrative offices situated at opened Magenche ward.
"The offices will house all county services under one roof and this is expected to boost service delivery," noted Ongwae.
At Kiabugesi area within Magenche ward, the Governor opened Kiabugesi ECD classroom and instructed the health chief executive to ensure the completed health centre therein is opened soonest.
Later Ongwae commissioned Endereti Borehole at Bokimonge ward at the entrance of Endereti high school.
He said the borehole done by the newly acquired county rig.
"I'm committed to ensuring my people enjoys the fruits of devolution. Opponents should consider joining me to serve the electorates," said Ongwae.
At Bokimonge ward again, the county boss commissioned Tongeri bridge where he said the bridge will ease movement of residents from Riokindo-Nyabitunwa areas respectively.
Ongwae also inspected ongoing construction of Magenche market which is over 75% complete.
"Traders will be transacting businesses without any difficulties once the market starts fully operating thus increase the county revenue," he stated.
