Former Gor Mahia coach, Dylan Kerr has joined South Africa's Premier League Soccer (PSL) side, Black Leopards.
The Briton will take over from Joel Masutha, who resigned last week due to poor results, and will be tasked with inspiring the team back to winning ways.
Black Leopards was promoted to the Premier Soccer League this season and is placed third-last on the table, having won only two matches out of eleven.
Black Leopards, through its Twitter, handle @lidodaduvha has confirmed the signing of the Briton tactician to replace Masutha, who had steered the team to South Africa premiership.
The details of the contract have, however, not been revealed.
Despite indicating in his resignation letter that he will be taking another coaching role, the news is a shocker to Gor Mahia fans who had developed a soft spot for the Briton tactician.
Albeit, it is believed that Kerr's move was due to difficult working conditions at Gor Mahia, forcing him to throw in the towel.
Kerr won two Kenya Premier League titles with Gor and a Sportpesa Super Cup. Leopards will bank on his track record in an effort to avoid relegation drop.
