At least 29 individuals and owners companies could join Lugari MP in Ayub Savula in police cells over Sh122 million fraud.
DPP Noordin Haji has recommended their prosecution, adding that he has 'strong grounds' to believe that they conspired to defraud the state advertising agency (GAA).
Mr. Savula, who was arrested on Friday, could be quickly joined on Monday by his two wives Hellen Kemboi and Melody Ringera along with ICT Principal Secretary Itemere Shiundu.
Despite millions allocated to the agency, several media stations are owed millions of money amounting up to Sh3 billion.
Instead, the agency is said to have fraudulently paid 99 ghost companies in the pretext of advertising for government with Savula's Sunday Express being a beneficiary.
