Nyamunga told DP Ruto to apologize to DP Ruto if wants to realise his 2022 presidential dreams.

Speaking on Monday, the former Kisumu Woman Representative took issue with Ruto's unending attacks on the former Premier, adding that his Tangatanga allies' insults on Raila are uncalled for and wrong.

She noted that an insult to Raila is an insult to over eight million Kenyans who support him and his ideologies, as well as President Uhuru Kenyatta, with whom they currently enjoy a good working relationship with after their truce last year.

According to Nyamunga, Ruto and his team should consider withdrawing the 'Mganga' (witchdoctor) tag which she noted is disrespect to the leader, as well as the conman tag following his implication in the fake gold saga.

"More than 8 million voters have confidence in the leadership of Raila Odinga. Referring to him as mganga or the people's conman is insulting millions of Kenyans. President Uhuru too had the same confidence in him, so in the same breath you are insulting the intelligence of the president," she said.

"On the other hand, when Ruto is referred to as high priest of corruption no one is insulted. Again, when he is called Tangatanga, its because that's what he does. We must refrain from politics of name calling to politics of ideologies," she added.

This comes only a days after the MP claimed that Ruto cannot make it to State House without Raila's nod, and should proceed to kneel before him or lose in his bid.
