Ex-US First Lady Michelle Obama has discussed a topic many girls observe a taboo: the number of men they date before getting married.
In her book, Becoming Michelle Obama, the gorgeous former First Lady discusses with ease the guys she dated before eventually landing on Barrack Obama who went ahead to be her life’s darling.
Michelle even confesses having ‘fooled around’ with one of the guys as well as smoking pot in his car.
"David was easy-going and also more of an adult than any boyfriend I'd had. He sat on the couch and watched ball games with my father. He joked around with Craig and made polite conversations with my mom... We fooled around and smoked pot in his car..." she writes of one of the guys.
In what might create a debate on to what length a girl can go in disclosing her love life with ex-lovers, the first black-American US First Lady even reveals how she arranged for her first kiss.
"I arranged my first kiss, in fact, over the phone," she writes.
It was with a boy named Ronnell. Ronnell didn't go to my school or live in my immediate neighbourhood, but he sang in the Chicago Children's Choir," Michelle writes.
The book, which lovers of juicy stories are waiting with bated breath, hit the shelves on Tuesday.
The Obamas have already pocketed a cool Sh6.5 billion as pay for the sales.
The book, which Michelle has used to show even the powerful figures are as normal as your next door man or woman, will obviously sell like hot cake.
