Opposition activist Miguna Miguna has predicted a Musalia Mudavadi presidential candidature in the approaching 2022 general election.
In a tweet on Friday, the former Nairobi gubernatorial aspirant noted that the former Deputy Prime Minister's candidature will be sponsored and highly endorsed by Rift Valley and Central Kenya leaders.
This, he said, is an attempt to push out Deputy President William Ruto who is anticipating the two communities' backing, claiming that his is a case of misuse and will be dumped after being politically exploited.
According to the vocal barrister, the same is set to befall opposition leader Raila Odinga who only recently acknowledged Uhuru's presidency courtesy of their March 9 truce after an initial rejection.
"The completely rotten, immoral and looting Jomo Kenyatta and Daniel arap Moi Mafia Clans will try to force Musalia Mudavadi on Kenyans in 2022 after using Raila Odinga and Willam Ruto as one-ply toilet paper. Patriots must organise and mobilise for the final liberation," he said.
This comes at time when the much anticipated race is already taking shape, with other leaders including Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua and Bungoma Senator Moses Wetangula having also declared their bids.
Ruto is most likely to vie on the ruling Jubilee ticket.
