The legendary never left any stone unturned whenever he took the stage to address the public.

Mutisya was also among the few leaders from the region who won the retired President Daniel Arap Moi's heart.

One of the fine days when the President, at that time Moi visited Ukambani, he moved the crowd on stage with his amazing broken Swahili speech.

As usual, the late Mutisya welcomed the president, made sure that he was comfortable and felt at home.

In his speech that was shared on a Facebook page, Mutisya was seen struggling in presenting his written speech to the president.

The speech was written oddly as the term used couldn’t match the exact meaning.

This caused a stir online and until now it’s one of the speeches many will never forget including the former president Moi.
