Ainabkoi Member of Parliament William Chepkut now says there is no bad blood between President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto.
Speaking to the press in Eldoret town on Monday, Chepkut said the two are Inseparable and they will never leave each other whatsoever.
"It is sad that some people are peddling falsehoods that president Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy are not in good terms, those are total lies meant to divide their relationship," said the Ainabkoi first-term MP.
"President Uhuru Kenyatta is the head of state and government and commander in chief of armed forces and Dr William Ruto is his principal assistant, they are indeed like conjoined twins you cannot separate the two," Chepkut added.
He warned politicians against early campaigns saying it's time to work for the electorate and when the right time comes they will play politics.
Chepkut said Kenyans are tired of politics and that they now want development since they cannot eat politics.
He further said that he is very sure that president Uhuru Kenyatta will support his deputy presidential bid come 2022.
This comes after a section of politicians said that since president Uhuru Kenyatta got into a relationship with the opposition leader Raila Odinga, he has lost friendship with his deputy.
