Mombasa marine national park
The marine life in the park, from coral gardens to the bountiful fish species is arguably the best in the region. You can take a glass bottomed ride, snorkel or swim with the fish.
Jumba la mtwana
Located about 20 kilometres from Mombasa, the museum will offer you a a quick glimpse into coastal life about 600 years ago. Jumba la mtwana holds the ruins of a swahili village and it opens up to the view of the sea, and when you get famished from the adventure, dart into the beautiful seaside restaurant for one of the best meals you ever had.
Club Tapas
With the coastal heat, the last thing you want is an evening with people packed into small cans like sardines in a can. You want some good music, clean booths, tasty food, chilled drinks and a crowd that minds their own business. You will get all that at this little luxury nightclub where you can enjoy your time and still carry on a conversation if you wish to.
Bamburi beach
What is a trip to Mombasa without some time by the beach? Clean, sandy beaches and cool waters is what you will get on this stretch of beach between Shanzu and Nyali beach. Swim, sunbathe, walk or even indulge in some water sports.
Voyager beach hotel
While it may be rated a three star, there are definitely worse five star hotels. With clean well kept rooms, amiable stuff, good wifi and a travel package to suit your pocket and extra activities, it is definitely where you would want to go for a holiday.
