The County Government of Mombasa witnessed yet another great milestone in the process of digitalising its business operations by launching the first ever Business to Government (B2G) Feedback System in Kenya at Fort Jesus Grounds.
The new system dubbed 'Huduma Kwanza', will transform communication and bridge the gap between the County government and the public to enhance service delivery and ensure timely responses to communication within county departments.

The system will be a one-stop shop focusing on e-Services offered by the County, under Unified Single Business Permit, Outdoor advertising and Issuance of Fire Certificates, e-construction and other non-automated services, such as; public health, medical services, and fire rescue.
"The service will be available to all users in both English and Kiswahili. The objective of this B2G feedback system is to enable the County of Mombasa to disseminate information and coaching to the business community through a technology platform accessible via USSD Shortcode (*451#) or the Internet by logging onto www.huduma.mombasa.go.ke," said Governor Ali Hassan Joho, on March 2.
"I would like to thank the World Bank and International Finance Corporation and our team from the Department of Trade, Tourism and Investment for their collaborative efforts towards implementation of this project," he added.
