Rosemary Odinga, the first born daughter to ODM leader Raila Odinga may have after all gone blind following a brain tumor that unceremoniously kicked her out of politics.
Last year, her father who visited South Africa to monitor her progress, told the nation that she had recovered after undergoing treatment.

She last posted on her Facebook in June 2017 weeks after bolting out of Kibra Constituency race, where she had declared interest.
A student leader from a university in Nyanza, who shared platform with Ms Odinga on Saturday at a burial ceremony, narrated how Rosemary is struggling with blindness silently.
"I shared with Rosemary Odinga platform today and she was putting on sunglasses and was all the time under supervision of an aide.
"She narrated to me and the crowd how she went blind after brain tumour attack. She operates from her father's home in the coastal area. She is however hopeful and optimistic," the student said.
The Nyanza public appearance on Saturday was her first in as many months and was closely monitored by friends and colleagues.
Since her suspected blindness, Odinga has now invested in his youngest daughter Winnie Odinga, whom he reportedly appointed as his Personal Secretary in the AU job.
Ms Winnie often runs his father's errands with some minimal aide from media shy Raila Odinga Jr, who has little interest in public life.
