Kisii County Governor James Ongwae has mourned the death of ex-Bomachoge constituency MP Zephania Nyang'wara.
The ODM allied Governor in his message of condolence described the deceased as a brave, and generous leader.
"It is with deep sorrow that I have learnt the passing on of former Bomachoge MP Zephania Nyang'wara. My sympathies and that of the people of Kisii County go out to his family, relatives, friends and residents of the larger Bomachoge for the death of Nyang'wara who served with a lot of dedication," said Ongwae.

According to Ongwae, the late MP was his personal friend.
"Indeed I have lost, a very brave and extremely generous leader who readily shared his wealth with the electorate in his heydays," noted Ongwae.
He added; "I have been personally involved in minding the welfare of the late Nyang'wara since 2015 when he was undergoing treatment in India and only hoped that he would get better and resume public service."
Ongwae assured the people of Nyagenke, Magenche and the whole Gusii community following Nyang'wara's demise.
Nyang'wara was elected MP for Bomachoge on a KANU ticket and served between 1997-2002.
