It is an open secret that Raila Odinga and Garissa Township MP have had a share of their lows and highs politically.
The Majority leader is where he is politically because the NASA chief mentored and even supported him financially during his first ever campaigns.
Despite the past cordial political relationship, the duo has lived to tear each other in public with the Orange Democratic Movement party leader going to the extent of 'cursing' him, saying the Garissa lawmaker was in the habit of disrespecting him in spite of what he did for him.
During one of his political rallies in Garissa Town, Raila openly said that 'he has left everything to God' a statement that might be interpreted as a friendly curse.
"I brought Duale from Mombasa where he was working to Garissa and convinced Sheikhs to support him politically. Uhuru and Ruto did not want him, I brought him from the rubbish pit and footed all his campaigns. Everywhere he goes he insults me but I leave all to God. He has lost respect for me and adores 'thieves' like Ruto," Raila said as captured in a video.
Since their fallout, the duo has been reading from different scripts with Duale openly commenting that Raila was too old to lead Kenyans.
