Murathe has been on the limelight lately over his unending attacks on Deputy President William Ruto, bringing him under fire from Ruto's allies.

Speaking on Radio Jambo', Wednesday noon, the parliamentarian said that she has never taken Murathe seriously, and considers his remarks abnormal.

"I have never taken him seriously. I thought he is somehow mentally unstable but I will try to understand him going forward," she said.

Omanga was responding to a listener who sought questions on whether the former Gatanga is airing his own thoughts of is representing the party or some party officials.

Murathe, a close ally of President Uhuru Kenyatta, has been claiming that a section of the Jubilee Party will with time move out to kill Ruto's bid.

And though the remarks have put him under the attack of a good section of the party leaders which has vowed to stick by Ruto, Murathe has kept going.

He has claimed that he represents a large section of people unsatisfied with Ruto but are scared to speak out.

Ruto has remained silent on the matter.
