Bonchari Member of Parliament John Oyioka has been accused of being a dictator when handling issues affecting his constituents.
According to the ex-lawmaker John Opore, Oyioka has been running the constituency using force and arrogance.
Speaking at Suneka on Wednesday morning, the ex-legislator claimed that Oyioka failed to allocate CDF funds to bright but needy students in the recently released bursaries.
"Oyioka has turned himself to be a dictator who doesn't want to serve constituents as required by law. Orphans in Bonchari risks dropping secondary schools and colleges because they were never allocated any funds by Oyioka," he noted.
The vocal politician allied to Jubilee party challenged MP Oyioka to stop discriminating constituents saying his supporters have been victimized by Oyioka's leadership.
"My supporters especially those with children in schools never benefited from the bursary funds because they voted for me. I want to remind Mr Oyioka that it is people who gives power," he noted.
Opore insisted that he is still popular across the constituency but, he will wait until 2022 to make a political comeback.
