A fifty year old man was on Saturday afternoon nabbed with a sixteen year old girl in one house in Yamalwa market, Mwala sub county of Machakos county.
The man identified as Musyoka Munywoki is said to have locked the form three girl in the house where he and the minor were having sex.
The incident was confirmed by Kibauni location chief Sebastian Ngungi who said that he and his assistants went to the house where they apprehended the man.
“I was notified by members of the public about the incident and with my assistants we hurriedly went to the place and arrested the man,the girl is a student from a neighboring school",He said.
He said that the girl’s school uniform and school bag were in the man’s house.
He bitterly condemned the act and warned that whoever found lying to minors and engaging them in sex won’t be spared by the long arm of the law.
“It’s shameful that an old man is cheating a school girl to have sex with her, can’t you see she’s the age of you daughter,people should have some decency”,said chief Ngungi.
He said that the girl was taken to hospital for a check up.The man is held at Masii police station where he is expected to appear in court after investigations.
