Kenyans have expressed mixed reactions after Nandi Hills Member of Parliament Alfred Keter launched a scathing attack on Deputy President William Ruto.
While celebrating after the Court of Appeal in Eldoret upheld his win which had been nullified by a lower court, Keter hit out at the DP for allegedly being behind the eviction of Kalenjin community from Mau Forest and protecting the cartels implicated in the maize scandal.
The outspoken MP said although Ruto was brilliant, he had surrendered himself to people who do not mean well to his community.
"I know William Ruto is wise, but he is surrounded by foolish and greed people," Keter said on Wednesday.
The sentiments elicited mixed reactions among netizens:
Fredrick Odiwour posted: "True, the likes of man Murkomen."
Felix Ole Nkoyo said: "I exactly wanted that. The MP is a true representation of our ordinary souls and thoughts. Pongezi kwako, sasa chapa kazi bro."
Stanslaus Mutai Kones urged: "Let him mind his constituency."
"Please simama na watu wetu wa Mau arap Imbar is busy evicting our people," posted Korir Philip.

"At least for once you are talking sense," stated Preky Jay Wamboye.
"What happened to his fraud case?" posed James M Methu Sr.
And Cornelius Cheiyo added: "We are at the crossroad. Now it is safe. You are the only MP to agitate for the interest of your people, mkisaidiana na Hon Tiren."
