Orengo was accompanied by Senate Speaker Kenneth Lusaka and Nakuru Senator Susan Kihika to Moi's Kabarak home to condole with him following the demise of his son Jonathan Moi.

Others in the delegation were Council of Governors (CoG) chair and Kakamega Governor Wycliffe Oparanya and his Baringo counterpart Stanley Kiptis.

According to media reports, Senator Moi blocked the leaders from seeing his father due to the presence of Deputy President William Ruto close allies- Kihika and Kiptis.

Following the development, Miguna thanked the Baringo Senator saying the politicians were there just to take public relations photos with Kenya's second President whom he described as 'dictator'.

In a tweet, the exiled lawyer termed Orengo's group as 'confused', adding they should have visited the late Moi's home in Eldama Ravine.

He further challenged them to build a shrine for the late Independent Elections and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) director Chris Msado who was murdered few days to August 8, 2017, general election.

"Thank you, Gideon Moi, for blocking James Orengo and his confused company from taking PR images with dictator Daniel arap Moi at Kabarak while the Jonathan Moi's home is in Eldama Ravine. Shame on you Orengo and Co. Build shrines for Msando; not Moi," Miguna tweeted.
