Embakasi East MP Paul Ongili commonly known as Babu Owino has maintained that there’s a time he will serve as the President of this great republic.
The first-term MP has previously declared his interest in leading Nairobians as their governor, before leading Kenyans in the capacity of a president.
In part 2 on Weekend with Betty which aired on K24 on Friday night, Babu Owino said he will become Kenya's president in the future.
“Some definitely will not agree with my ideology, that is democracy but we will defeat them. Some will be agents of the devil, and I am with God. So if I am with God, who can be against me?” paused the MP.
Having previously served as Nairobi University Student leader for four straight terms, Babu Owino believes that he has all it takes to become the President.
He says being elected MP in a cosmopolitan constituency like Embakasi East is a pointer that his dreams of becoming the President of Kenya at one point are valid.
“If the university entrusted me for four terms and nobody has ever been a chairman for two terms; if members of Embakasi East constituency entrusted me by electing me, then why not the Nation?” asked the youthful MP.
