A Jubilee youth leader in Kisii County has mourned the death of Mr Samuel Ragira alias OCS Ragira who was shot dead at Club 36 market in Nairobi on Thursday.
Isaac Motari on Friday described the deceased as a dedicated person whose future was terminated prematurely.
"I have lost a close friend who had even promised to help me in the coming general elections. Those who killed him must be brought to book," he said.
The vocal politician said he will mobilize youths across Kisii and Nyamira counties to protest to push police officers to apprehend the killers.
"Ragira's death must be taken seriously because we won't continue witnessing young people being killed without a reason. Relevant authorities should move with speed to ensure justice is served to the family," he said.
Mr Motari promised that he will stand with the bereaved family during this trying moments.
"As we stand with the family of the deceased police must do their work properly and protect our people. Ragaria met his death just because he was defending traders who were being harassed by goons believed to be the outlawed Mungiki group," stated Motari.
