The CEO hinted at the gender of the winner by referring to the lucky person as sir thus suggesting that he is a man.
“Hey Cosmas. vpi bwana? Uko wapi? West Pokot! Unafanya nini West Poko? County Government! Congratulations. Your life has changed,” read part of the live chat between CEO Karauri and the lucky winner.
