Amani National Congress (ANC)Party leader Musalia Mudavadi now says that Kenyans are tired with the handshake.

Mudavadi argues that the handshake is too much and it is time for President Uhuru Kenyatta to take action as far as matters of graft are concerned.

The former Vice President claims that too much focus is being put on the handshake as the country is being looted.

Speaking during the Labour Day Celebrations at Uhuru Park on Wednesday, Mudavadi said Kenyans want to see corrupt suspects being handcuffed.

He said that the handshake is not helping anything but misleading Kenyans as looters allegedly continue to loot from public coffers.

"Kenyans are tired and want to see thieves being arrested, handcuffed and taken to jail," he said during the event televised live across TV stations.

Mudavadi's sentiment's were echoed by other leaders who spoke during the celebrations.

Wiper Party leader Kalonzo Musyoka said that the wheels of justice are too slow on matters corruption.

He stated that for graft dragon to be slayed decisive action must be taken.

Kalonzo said that peaceful protests could help in the war against graft.

The former Vice President also called for proper legislation for lifestyle audit.

He said that government staff need to account for the property they own.

Central Organization of Trade Union (Cotu) Secretary General Francis Atwoli on his part urged Kenyans to support the president in war againt graft.

Atwoli said he will not shy in naming politicians linked to corruption.
