In a trending hashtag, #CSsFailingUhuru, netizens named Cabinet Secretaries who have failed in their duties, making the Head of State lag in fulfilling his manifesto and the Big Four agenda.

While contributing to the debate, vocal blogger Robert Alai claimed Defence Minister Racheal Omamo is a heavy smoker and drinker and urged Uhuru to get rid of the CS who is serving in her sixth year in the sensitive docket.

"When you have the likes of Omamo as Cabinet Secretaries, you are failing the country. Apart from smoking and drinking too much, she can’t identify with any of mwananchi issues and so will remain incompetent and unable to deliver," Alai posted.

Other CSs who were adversely mentioned in the raging debate included Peter Munya (Trade and Industrialization), Simon Chelugui (Water), James Macharia (Roads and Infrastructure), Sicily Kariuki (Health) and Treasury's Henry Rotich.

Agriculture Minister Mwangi Kiunjuri and his Energy counterpart Charles Keter were also not spared for allegedly overseeing multi-billion scandals in their dockets.

"Incompetency in the Energy Ministry has even led to the President himself directing the Energy CS to review electricity rates to cushion the common mwananchi from economic shocks, despite Keter denying that Kenya power was inflating power bills," said Sir Ezar, MBS.

Some tweeps, however, pointed accusing fingers at President Kenyatta saying he has failed to take charge of his government by sacking the incompetent Ministers.

"The President is simply 'WEAK'. How long does it take to sack and replace an incompetent cabinet secretary? President Uhuru Kenyatta keeps shouting at his CSs in events but no balls to sack them. @UKenyatta is failing himself," stated Kinyua Abala.
