As men, we have the responsibility to take care of and maintain the health of our women. Once marriage brings us together, total responsibility for our women falls on us in every way, shape, and form.
But do we get to boost the health of that lady I spend my days and nights with?

1. Keep her stress free
Stress is a major cause of several health complications in women depression being the most common disease that affects them. Funny enough, a woman might die in silence just not to bother you with her stuff.
Take a few minutes with your wife a day and get to dig deep into her heart so she can open up to you.
Furthermore, ensure you are not the source of her stress. You should understand that a woman's mental health is key for her physical well being.
2. Put her to work out
Heart disease is the major cause of death among women and this can be prevented by a number of exercises like swimming, jogging, dancing, walking and even bicycle riding.
This can be at least 30 minutes a day for five days a week. Besides, she will enjoy your company and this will make her happy; happiness is healthy.
3. Take her for medical check-ups
Compared to men, women need frequent medical checkups since they are susceptible to many health risks the main one being breast and cervical cancer.
As her man, take her for regular check-ups. Your woman's happiness and health lie in your hands as her man.
