Bomet Governor Joyce Laboso has joined Kenyans On Twitter (KOT) in condoling the family of Bomet East MP Beatrice Kones after her son died in Nakuru town.

Governor Laboso on her twitter account sent a message of condolence and encouragement to the family, relatives, and friends of Collins Kipyegon.

“I have received with profound shock the passing on of Collins Kipyegon, the son of Hon. Beatrice Kones, MP Bomet East. On behalf of the County Government of Bomet, I stand with the entire family and friends during this time of grief and pray that God will grant you peace and strength,” posted Governor Laboso.

The 40-year-old Kipyegon was pronounced dead on arrival at War Memorial Hospital on Thursday as the doctors claimed he took poison.
