I have come to learn that it is never wrong to break certain rules when all I am aiming at is breaking evens to join the millionaires club.
Although these rules can still work just as they are, I still choose to put them aside or work way much past them just to make sure my millions get closer to me minute by minute.
So what are these rules that you can join me in breaking?
1. Education is everything
The day I stopped believing in this notion that education is the basis of everything is the day my mind opened up and now I see things in a new light.
Education isn't everything; I focused much on my education and abandoned the other sides of my life only to realise that I was running out of time to bring my wealth closer.
As at now, I balance education and hustles just to ensure I live a meaningful life.
2. Your time shall come
From childhood I have always been told that everything has its own time.
True, but because I know what I want in life, I have to break this rule and stop waiting for that time.
That time is now and I struggle up and down rather than relax waiting for the 'right time'.
I advise you to embrace your presence in this world and make things happen as you want them to.
I believe this is the time to get yourself used to making millions.
3. Hard work pays
This is another rule I rarely believe in; in fact, I break it so often because I believe when I work smart, I am way much ahead of a fellow who works hard.
I replaced 'hard' with 'smart' because I used to struggle a lot when I could be better planning my work smartly.
Now I keep it smart by planning myself before I start a day's work.
4. Mingle with achievers
Hanging around great achievers was a great idea for me until I realised it guarantees me no millions any sooner.
I decided to break the rule and now I 'compete' with these people.
Yes, I compete with them because I always want to emerge the best.
It feels good beating them all, right? so rolling with them isn't enough for me; I opt to compete with them.
