Even after igniting vicious succession debate over the weekend, DP William Ruto will now have to counter a report by IPSOS Synovate which ranked him the most corrupt Kenyan.
Earlier, ODM Youth League Leader Dennis Marube asked the DP to honour the report and resign.
"The report only confirmed our fears that he could sink Kenya in 2022. He should just hang boots," he said.
Last month, Ruto dismissed claims that he's corrupt adding that it was a narrative created by media.
But ODM Treasurer Timothy Bosire now says the DP should be 'couregeous enough' and give in.
"It is difficult for someone to be accused falsely. There is a mystery surrounding his wealth acquisition and that's enough to to have him resign.
Wiper politician Victor Swanya, in a phone call said: " a huge percentage of Kenyans can't just allege one is corrupt. Let him do the honest thing by resigning."
In the report, 33 per cent of those interviewed said the DP is the most corrupt and was closely followed by Kirinyaga Governor Ann Waiguru.
Moi family was ranked third at 17 per cent while President Uhuru Kenyatta's family came fourth at 12 per cent.
The DP has launched a charm offensive across the country as he seeks to succeed Uhuru in 2022.
