The much-anticipated matatu gaming app dubbed Nganya Unlimited- 2 is now available on play the Google Play store.
Nganyas is a slung to mean Kenya's pimped matatus.
The app graphics are a representation of Nairobi matatus, streets and routes especially Kayole, Embakasi and Rongai.

This is an upgrade from the first one, released last year June, whose inspiration is derived from the Rongai matatus according to the creator of the app, Allan Kigen Kibet.
Kibet says the latest version of the game took him 3 months to develop.
"The game gives a player the unique experience of racing using 'Nganya' and collecting money to unlock other 'nganyas'. The 'nganyas' are customised with mufflers, air horns and snake lights, just as they are in the streets on Nairobi.
"Popular 'nganyas' from routes such as Kayole, Embakasi and Rongai are featured in the game," Kibet told Hivisasa.

Though he faced challenges such as limited resources, he made sure the App will bring the ultimate entertainment to the users to make them enjoy.
Kibet has a dream to grow the game to international standards in order to put Kenya on the international gaming map as well as releasing PC and iOS version of the game.
Allan says Nganya-3 is already work in progress and will use the experience he has gained plus the feedback users will give to create the third version.
