The body of the athletic legend Nyantika Mayioro has arrived at Isoge settlement for members of the public to view.
Isoge is the second home of Mr Mayioro where his second wife lives.
Mayioro will be buried on Friday at Nyataro, Kiogoro village in Nyaribari Chache, Kisii County.

According to his son Kennedy Nyantika, the deceased body will also be taken to Gusii Stadium for public viewing before heading home.
"As a family, we are grateful for the support we have received for the purpose of giving our late father a descend send-off," said the deceased son.
He said the family agreed to take the body to Isoge, Gusii stadium then home so that residents can view the body ahead of burial on Friday.
Maiyoro who was the first athlete to represent Kenya in Olympic Games died aged 88 at Christa Marianne Hospital Kisii county.
He succumbed to tuberculosis.
A section of leaders such as Nyaribari Chache MP Richard Tong'i and Kisii based local politician Steve Arika visited Mr Mayioro in hospital while he was alive and wished him a quick recovery.
Kisii Governor Jame Ongwae and his Deputy Governor Joash Maangi had pledged to help the family to give the deceased a good sendoff.
