Rarieda Member of Parliament Dr Otiende Amollo has 'rubbished' off President Uhuru Kenyatta's big Four agenda.
During the NTV AmLive programme on Tuesday morning, the renowned lawyer said nothing is bigger than the Building bridges initiative.
"No matter where you stand, the Big Four agenda cannot be bigger than the building bridges initiative "- Dr Otiende Amollo reiterated.
He said that the building bridges initiative should be prioritized for the peaceful coexistence of Kenyans and a lively democracy.
The lawmaker laughed off the 'Tanga-tanga Movement' for what he termed as being unhappy with March 9th 2018 handshake between President Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM leader Raila Amolo Odinga.
"The Tanga-tanga squad is totally unhappy with the handshake. Although the handshake is good for this country, it is not good for their ambitions" - Dr Otiende Amollo.
He also dismissed claims by the purported movement that the ruling party Jubilee's woes are attributed to Raila's handshake with President Kenyatta saying Raila is not a member of Jubilee party.
"Raila is not in Jubilee, ODM is not in Jubilee. Jubilee’s problems cannot be attributed to Raila", he said.
Amollo who is a senior counsel in the Kenyan legal profession and the Ombudsman Emeritus was among the counsel which strongly defended Opposition's claims of elections malpractice and irregularities in August 8 presidential elections petition.
He was massively elected to the National Assembly succeeding Nicholas Gumbo who went to battle it out with Cornel Rasanga for the gubernatorial seat.
Early last year, the senior counsel warmed the hearts of Kenyans for the initiative he took building houses for the very unfortunate in his constituency.
