Nyamira County Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party youth leader Dennis Marube Maina has launched a scathing attack on Governor John Nyagarama.
Mr Marube in his latest attack, claimed the county boss is a thief, adding that he's unable to account for millions of money.
"Nyagarama is a thief who has never supported the party since 2013," he said.
Mr Marube said in 2022, Governor Nyagarama who is serving his second and last term, will not impose anyone to the people of Nyamira.
"Similarly in 2022 we won't vote anything imposed on people of Nyamira. It must be resisted," he stated.
Marube further argued that ODM party should stop nurturing politicians and later deny them tickets to vie for elective posts, adding that opponents will take advantage to poach already nurtured politicians after sham nominations.
Marube has been opposing Nyagarama's leadership due to his poor leadership in the county government.
He instead drummed up support for former Kitutu Masaba MP Timothy Bosire, who he said has supported the party dearly.
"Bosire has even paid for the party offices since they were opened," said the vocal politician.
His remarks after ODM party lost in Embakasi South and Ugenya by-elections.
