Mr Bosire, who served as Kitutu Masaba MP in last parliament, said the current leadership has failed to live to expectations of the people, adding that a total overhaul is required.

"Personally, I put my first short trousers after circumcision. The level of poverty at our homes is worrying and that why we have to condemn corruption.

"Those in leadership must learn how to serve the people. We cannot continue tolerating corruption at the expense of clanism. We have to change this," said a furious Bosire on Friday at Magombo.

On corruption, Bosire asked President Uhuru Kenyatta to tighten the belt and unleash adding that all Kenyans of goodwill will always stand by his side.

He challenged local leadership to support the handshake between Raila Odinga and President Uhuru Kenyatta for the purpose of integration.

"The handshake has proved hectic for cartels. We shall continue supporting it. We will not allow anyone to intimidate the two leaders," added Bosire.
