Bosco who had expressed his fears earlier has said the Commissioner has barred him from setting up a public address system and has banned him from accessing Gusii Stadium.

On his part, the Kisii County Commissioners Mr. Godfrey Kigochi has dismissed the allegations saying he has never had any communication with Bosco adding that he has not made any communication stopping Bosco from accessing Kisii Town, Gusii stadium nor set his public address.
