Musalia Mudavadi's Amani National Congress has moved to Political Parties Dispute Tribunal to challenge planned reshuffles by Raila Odinga in house committees.
A list tabled by Minority Whip Junet Mohammed saw several ANC and Ford Kenya MPs thrown out of several committees perhaps due to ongoing animosity in NASA.
Secretary General Barack Muluka insisted that the move was dictatorial, adding that it would set a bad precedence.
"That is dictatorial and we shall not tolerate it. We have taken them to PPDT and we hope justice shall prevail," he said.
The matter will be addressed this coming Friday even as ODM insited that the changes were necessary.
At a rally on Friday, Ford Kenya leader Moses Wetangula also said he will be enjoined in the case that would see several MPs affected.
"This kind of dictatorship must stop. We are joining our ANC brothers to have the matter solved."
Already at the Senate, Minority Leader James Orengo communicated removal of ANC's Petronilla Were as Minority Deputy Whip and subsequently replaced her with ODM's Beatrice Kwamboka.
