Nyamondo residents in South Mugirango constituency, Kisii County have claimed that they elected a tourist as their MP.
The constituents while speaking on Wednesday said the area MP Sylvanus Osoro has been traversing the country taking pictures at various functions instead of focus on service delivery.
"Feeder roads not only in Nyamondo area but, across the constituency are in a deplorable state. Mr. Osoro has been loitering across the country taking pictures and posting them on social media instead of delivering," said Evans Omweri.
Elvis Moraro condemned the MP for his continued association with DP William Ruto adding that in 2022, he should be prepared to go home.
"Osoro is a disgrace who will never help us. His cheap public relations will cost him in 2022 because he chose to go against the will of the people when he started associating with corrupt DP Ruto," said Moraro.
Immaculate Gesare regretted that for the past one year the MP has been in office, no tangible development he had achieved.
"MP Osoro promised women and youth empowerment in his first year in office but, what we are seeing is the opposite. Let him be prepared to go home in 2022," she stated.
