Sonko says that the multi-agency Nairobi Regeneration team leading the demolition has been evaluating the exercise done so far.

According to Sonko, the team is satisfied with the work done so far and will be resuming the demolitions in the next one week.

"We are fearless and will not spare any rogue building or structure constructed on public land and road reserves," Sonko said at Pumwani Grounds on Saturday.

Sonko said that the demolition will not favor anyone.

"All the buildings will be brought down as long as we establish that they have been constructed on road reserves or riparian land," he added.

Sonko refuted claims that the demolitions are selective.
