The philanthropist has initiated various youth empowerment programmes which have benefited thousands of residents.
He recently sponsored 1000 youths from his constituency to pursue technical and driving courses in various polytechnics in the region.
He also gave 50 of his constituents a scholarship to pursue technical courses in India.
"My joy is to see a Kesses Constituency youth that is empowered and equipped with qualifications that impact practical skills designed to meet the needs of employers," said Mishra.
The MP has also begun his programme of donating cows to families in the constituency, with the first herd of cows having been given out in October, last year.
The residents are also set to receive television sets which Mishra says will aid in widening information coverage in his constituency and beyond.

Students in the constituency have not been left behind either. During last year's national examinations, Mishra donated geometrical sets to all candidates. He also gifted students at Koiluget Secondary School with a bus in October, last year.
The legislator who is gaining fame and recognition in Uasin Gishu County has left those eying the gubernatorial seat in fear. Some are worried about the political challenge the MP will pose if he declares interest in the county's top seat.
