Babu further proposed a harsh and punitive action to be imposed on all those found culpable of looting the public resources.

Taking to his Facebook page on Wednesday Morning, the legislator said those 'rapping' the country's economy should be hanged in order to serve as a deterrent for future crimes.

"Never will I support corruption... In fact the corrupt should be hanged by the balls because they kill the future of our generation," read his Facebook post.

Babu Owino however, asked the criminal and justice players fighting crimes and corruption to impose reasonable bail terms in order to serve as a stepping stone in winning the war on graft.

"In case one is granted bail terms then it must be reasonable. I was a victim of several arbitrary arrests and I know what it means to be denied bail," he added.

He further pleaded with the government to introduce shoot to kill order for all the corrupt individuals in the country terming the corrupt as 'non-Kenyans' who are not worth living.

"Let's shoot to kill the corrupt instead of giving them bail terms which are unreasonable," he maintained.

Corruption has become a great menace in the country with the investigative agencies taking the lead in the fight with the full support of President Uhuru Kenyatta.
