Political scientist Mutahi Ngunyi has claimed that no Kenyan will receive tangible benefits from the Big Four agenda.
Through his Youtube series, the Fifth Estate, Ngunyi termed the Uhuru Kenyatta legacy project as a 'big fat lie'.
According to the controversial analyst, the project is more vested in creating a positive mindset change towards a prosperous nation.
"The Big Four is not about projects, in fact when it is completed, you will not be able to take a picture of it. The Big Four is a spiritual movement, it is about changing the mindset of Kenyans. It is not about transactions, it is about relationships. Transactions come and go. But relationships last forever. The Big Four will not show the poor how to fish, it will show the poor how to construct fishponds they'll own," Mutahi said.
He stated that the big four is not "an insult to the intelligence of the voters" by only delivering a few specific tangibles that would be transaction oriented.
He also stated that Deputy President William Ruto would be among the best-placed people to support the Big Four Agenda given that he came from a poor background.
