A Gusii based Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party has exposed Jubilee Party Secretary General Raphael Tuju following his efforts to halt Deputy President William Ruto's 2022 presidential bid.
Samuel Omwando claimed that Tuju is committed to ensure DP Ruto doesn't succeed President Uhuru Kenyatta.
"DP Ruto must know Tuju is the person who doesn't want him to win presidency in 2022. If Ruto wants to win Presidency let him try hard to ensure Tuju resigns or he is sacked from the party," he said.
Omwando dismissed claims that NASA leader Raila Odinga is determined to split the ruling Jubilee party ahead of the 2022.
"Raila joined government for the sake of peace in this country. Those claiming he wants to split the party are lying and must be ignored," said the vocal politician.
He Tuju is hiding in other politicians to continue causing trouble in Jubilee party with an aim to make DP Ruto lose his interest in the country's top seat.
According to the former Kitutu Chache South MP hopeful, opposition coalition has high chances to clinch presidency in 2022 due to the ongoing Jubilee wrangles.
