Former Kakamega Senator Dr Boni Khalwale has claimed that ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi and Moses Wetangula will still lose to Deputy President William Ruto in 2022.
Khalwale while speaking in Bumula, Bungoma County on Sunday said that the two leaders will fail terribly in 2022 should they decide to vie for the presidency.
"I am right that in 2022's State House race, Mudavadi and Wetangula will run but they will not win," stated Khalwale.
Khalwale who recently defected to Jubilee said that Western Kenya should vote for the part that is development-oriented noting that the region has been in the political cold for long because of voting for the opposition.
"We want to work with somebody who is going to win," he remarked adding that "We cannot remain out of government for ten years and another ten years just because somebody miscalculated his moves."
The self-styled bullfighter exuded confidence that DP Ruto will win with a landslide the 2022 presidential elections.
The vocal politician warned the electorate of selfish and deceptive leaders from the region, who are asking them not to follow him in his new political path.
