Embattled Brazilian coach Tite should be allowed to stay on despite 2-1 quarter-final defeat to Belgium on Friday in World Cup tournament, says former Selecao striker Ronaldo.
Despite presence of world class players among them PSG's Neymar, Brazil failed to break past technically disciplined Red Devils even with their constant threats.
And the two-time World Cup winner told reporters that Tite 'gave' his all only that 'luck' could not favour his boys.
"It is a delicate moment for Selecao bot politically and technically," said the former Real Madrid, Barcelona and Intermilan talisman when he appeared at Globo.
He added: "It is time to do planning, because the result is horrible despite not having played badly. I believe Tite must remain. He is a sensational guy."
During the World Cup qualifiers, Tite only lost once and the dramatic loss on Friday killed his dreams of lifting the trophy for his nation.
In national team's jersey, Ronaldo scored 15 goals in four World Cups and remains the second all time top scorer after Germany's Klose.
