ODM treasurer Timothy Bosire says the party will continue lobbying for Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i's removal over corruption related scandals.
The powerful CS is facing career threatening allegations following purchasing of suspected public land in Ruaraka.
And in a phone call, Bosire also accused Matiang'i of misuse of privileges in the manner he handled protesters during 2017 elections.
"We shall continue pushing for his removal from government. The Ruaraka land deal has now vindicated what I said about him. He is one of cartels in government.
"He should be impeached soonest and that is what the party will push for. He should also account for the deaths during post election violence," he said.
At Nairobi on Monday, Education Cabinet Secretary Amina Mohammed seemed to have implicated Matiang'i of Ruaraka land saga, saying the process was hastily done.
Further, Bosire accuses Matiang'i of using provincial administration to rig leaders who opposed Jubilee administration in 2017 elections.
