Dr Fred Matiang'i is the cabinet secretary for Interior and Coordination of National Government. He is one man who has gone through many storms to reach where he is today.
He was once a lecturer at Egerton University and the University of Nairobi before being appointed a cabinet secretary by President Uhuru Kenyatta. He was recently appointed by President Uhuru as the head of all government projects.

Look at the transport sector, we personally saw him conduct impromptu inspections on our roads to witness the full implementation of traffic rules and regulations, 'the Michuki rules.' This has greatly reduced the number of accidents on our roads.
2. He can't be easily compromised.
Dr Matiang'i is a strict Adventist who stands firmly with his decisions. He is one man you cant easily compromise or bribe. I would definitely give him an award for the Most 'uncorrupt' Kenyan Cabinet Secretary and Government official.
3. He is a team leader who knows how to convince his juniors.
Matang'i is a leader who puts his juniors at the forefront. He knows how to work with people below him, from motivations to encouragements that make his juniors work hand in hand with him. This clearly explains why he has successfully run the ministries he has been entrusted with.
The above traits and reasons make Matiang'i the best performing Cabinet Secretary. His dedication and hard work has earned him a spot as the president's most trusted servant. This explains why he keeps on landing top positions and appointments in Government. His glory seems to be shining day by day.
