Most of the city matatus are operated by qualified and professional drivers and touts.

However, there are others that are operated by unprofessional and unqualified drivers and touts who turn up to be a hell for city commuters.

 Some city matatu drivers and touts engage in annoying behaviours that sometimes endanger the lives of passengers.

Here are annoying things some city matatu drivers do.

1. Overlapping 

Some matatu drivers overlap in the name of escaping the traffic jam.

While overlapping such rogue drivers inconvenience other road users and sometimes cause fatal accidents.

It is important and necessary for matatu drivers to adhere to traffic laws for their safety and that of their passengers.

2. Smoking cigarettes
