Radio queen Mwende Macharia on Thursday shared a photo of her son and popular video producer Jibril Blessing during their child’s graduation.
The photo which was captioned “Happy graduation son” is a clear indication that the two are still in good terms despite their break up.
The two broke up almost three years ago and ever since then, Mwende has never shared his photo on social media until Thursday.
In an interview with Parents Magazine, Macharia opened up on how her relationship with the Churchill show director almost ended up in a wedding before Jblessing broke up with her for Toklezea hitmaker Chantelle.
Mwende had even introduced Blessing to her parents.
She, later on, realised she was pregnant, and that’s when the relationship became rocky.
“I kept asking him to define the relationship, but he wasn’t forthcoming. I later discovered that I was pregnant. All my life, I had not imagined myself as a single mother, and so I called him immediately. He came to my house and told me he had moved on. I was very bitter. I threatened to abort, but he pleaded with me not to, promising to support the child.” Mwende once revealed in an interview with SDE.
Blessing has however always shown full support for their child Champion Blessing.
Mwende, on the other hand, seems to have gotten over the heartbreak as she once invited him on her show for an interview and went ahead to jokingly ask the popular producer if he was single.
